Cancellation & Refund Policy
In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable or unavoidable reason, we must be notified in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive the written cancellation request (email or official communication).
The cancellation charges will be as follows:
- 20 days or more before arrival: 60% of total tour cost.
- 11 days or more before arrival: 75% of total tour cost.
- 8 to 10 days before arrival: 90% of total tour cost.
- 4 to 7 days before arrival / No-show: No refund.
Refunds
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting cancellation charges.
- Refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment within 7–14 working days, subject to bank processing timelines.
- No refund will be provided for unused services, early departures, or partially utilized services.
Bookings During Peak Season
- During peak periods (e.g., 20 December to 05 January) or other special dates, payments may be non-refundable as per the policy applicable at the time of booking.
After Commencement
- If cancellation is made after the tour has commenced, the refund shall be restricted to the amount recoverable from hotels, transporters, or other service providers.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellation requests received on Sundays or public holidays will be considered received on the next working day.
