2. Travel Services
The Amazing Destination Pvt. Ltd. provides customized travel planning, tour booking, transport coordination, hotel booking assistance, pilgrimage tours, and holiday packages across Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Andaman, North India, and other destinations in India.
Our services may include:
- Hotel and accommodation arrangements
- Transport and sightseeing coordination
- Char Dham and pilgrimage tour assistance
- Adventure and leisure travel planning
- Group and customized tour packages
- Helicopter booking assistance where applicable
All services are subject to availability, operational conditions, and third-party provider policies.
3. Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from service providers.
- A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.
- Customers must provide accurate personal, contact, and travel information during booking.
- Final travel documents, vouchers, and itinerary details will be shared after confirmation of services.
- The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings in case of incomplete information, payment failure, or operational limitations.
4. Payment Terms
- An advance payment is required to confirm any travel booking or package.
- Full payment must be completed before the commencement of travel unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Payments may be made through approved bank transfer methods, UPI, payment gateway providers, or other authorized payment channels shared by the Company.
- Failure to complete payments within the specified timeline may result in cancellation of services without prior notice.
The Company does not store confidential banking or card details on its servers.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or official communication channels such as WhatsApp.
- Cancellation charges depend upon the date of cancellation and the policies of hotels, transport providers, helicopter operators, and other third-party vendors.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deduction of cancellation charges, operational expenses, transaction charges, and service fees.
- No refund shall be applicable for unused services, last-minute cancellations, delays caused by customers, or no-shows.
- Refund timelines may vary depending on banking channels and third-party vendor settlement processes.

6. Travel Conditions & High-Altitude Tours
Certain tours, including Char Dham Yatra, Kedarnath, Badrinath, Adi Kailash, and other Himalayan journeys, are subject to weather conditions, road accessibility, government permissions, health advisories, and operational feasibility.
Customers acknowledge and accept that:
- Mountain travel may involve delays, route diversions, or schedule adjustments.
- Helicopter services operate strictly subject to weather conditions and aviation authority clearance.
- Natural conditions in hilly regions may impact transportation and travel schedules.
- The Company cannot guarantee uninterrupted travel due to circumstances beyond operational control.
Where meals are included in travel packages, food services are provided by licensed third-party hotels and accommodation partners. The Amazing Destination Pvt. Ltd. does not directly prepare, process, or serve food.
7. Itinerary Changes
The Company reserves the right to modify, reschedule, substitute, or adjust travel itineraries due to:
- Weather conditions
- Road closures
- Safety concerns
- Government restrictions
- Operational requirements
- Force majeure situations
Any additional expenses arising due to such changes shall be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed by the Company.
8. Liability Disclaimer
The Amazing Destination Pvt. Ltd. acts as a travel planner and facilitator and coordinates services through independent third-party providers, including hotels, transport operators, helicopter companies, local guides, and activity providers.
Accordingly:
- The Company shall not be held responsible for acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, negligence, or service deficiencies caused by third-party providers.
- The Company shall not be liable for loss, injury, accident, theft, illness, damage, or delays occurring during travel.
- Customers are responsible for safeguarding their belongings, travel documents, and personal valuables throughout the journey.
Customers are strongly advised to obtain suitable travel and medical insurance prior to travel.
9. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Carrying valid government-issued identification documents
- Providing accurate personal and medical information where required
- Ensuring physical fitness for high-altitude and pilgrimage travel
- Following local laws, regulations, and safety instructions
- Maintaining appropriate behavior during group travel and hotel stays
- Arranging personal travel insurance if desired
The Company reserves the right to terminate services without refund in cases involving misconduct, unlawful activity, or behavior affecting other travelers.
10. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for any failure, delay, interruption, or cancellation of services resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Landslides or floods
- Weather conditions
- Government restrictions or advisories
- Political disturbances
- Strikes or labor disputes
- Technical failures or transportation disruptions
- Pandemics or public health emergencies
In such situations, additional costs incurred due to rescheduling, accommodation, transportation, or alternative arrangements shall be borne by the customer.
11. Intellectual Property
All website content including text, images, branding, logos, graphics, and design elements are the property of The Amazing Destination Pvt. Ltd. unless otherwise stated.
