The Amazing Destination (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) provides travel planning and booking services for Uttarakhand and other destinations in India. By booking a trip with us or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.


1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or booking any travel service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and other related policies.


2. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.
  • Travel documents and itinerary details will be shared after confirmation of booking.
  • Customers are responsible for providing correct personal and travel information at the time of booking.

3. Payment Terms

  • A booking advance is required to confirm services.
  • Full payment must be completed before the start of the journey unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Payments can be made through approved payment methods shared by the Company.
  • Failure to complete payment on time may result in cancellation of services.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp.
  • Cancellation charges depend on the time of cancellation and service provider policies (hotels, transport, helicopter, etc.).
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting applicable cancellation charges and service fees.
  • No refund is applicable for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

5. Travel Conditions (Important for Himalayan Tours)

  • All tours, especially Char Dham Yatra, Adi Kailash, and high-altitude journeys, are subject to weather conditions, government permissions, and road conditions.
  • The Company is not responsible for delays, route changes, or cancellations due to natural or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Helicopter services are subject to weather clearance and aviation authority approvals.
  • Where meals are included in certain travel packages, they are provided by third-party hotels and accommodation partners holding valid food licenses. The Company does not prepare, process, or serve food directly.

6. Itinerary Changes

  • The Company reserves the right to modify or adjust itineraries due to operational, weather, safety, or government-related reasons.
  • Any additional costs arising from such changes will be borne by the customer.

7. Liability Disclaimer

  • The Company acts as a travel facilitator and coordinates with third-party service providers such as hotels, transport operators, and helicopter operators.
  • We are not responsible for acts, omissions, delays, or service issues caused by third-party providers.
  • The Company shall not be liable for any loss, injury, accident, or damage during the journey.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Carrying valid identification documents
  • Ensuring medical fitness for high-altitude travel
  • Following local rules and regulations
  • Maintaining discipline during group travel
  • Obtaining necessary travel insurance (recommended)

9. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather conditions, strikes, government restrictions, or technical failures.


10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
